TOWNHOMES

An added dimension in country living is coming soon to Sullivan Builders' Prairie Heights Subdivision in the form of luxurious, yet affordable townhomes, constructed in pairs. All will be of single-level design, available in two or three-bedroom floorplans. The elimination of stairs, along with the standard, included amenity of a personal storm shelter behind each unit, increases the desirability of these homes for any occupant, especially those with physical disabilities. Side-by-side double garages, separating the two living quarters, insure the maximum privacy of each residence.

Townhomes differ from condominiums by virtue of the fact that, unlike a condo owner, the townhome purchaser actually owns the ground upon which his dwelling resides. In the case of Sullivan's Prairie Heights Townhomes, ownership is optional; a tenant may also choose to lease a unit, with or without intent to purchase at a later date.

Lessors assume no structural or grounds-maintenance obligation. Owners, on the other hand, can perform their own upkeep or they can choose to enter into a maintenance agreement with Prairie Heights management.
